Having weight loss surgery was our first step to getting healthy. The second step is conquering the “mind game”. We need to create new healthy habits to replace the old, unhealthy ones. Otherwise, those old habits will hang around and give us trouble when we least expect it. Find something new to occupy your time, try a new hobby, join a club. Do anything that keeps you from listening to those old, ornery voices. They do not leave quietly.
